Nebraska Amends Child Support Payment Law

Nebraska has amended it's child support payment law to require employers with more than 50 employees who have an employee with a child support order to remit child support payments electronically. ( L.B. 620, L. 2007, enacted March 10, 2008, effective July 18, 2008.)
